Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe der Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke (gemäß HOAI Teil 3, Abschnitt 3 Leistungsbild gemäß HOAI § 43) und der Tragwerksplanung (gemäß HOAI Teil 4, Abschnitt 1 Leistungsbild gemäß HOAI §51) zur Planung der rückverankerten, tiefgegründeten Stützwand vor der Bestandskonstruktion am Kienlesbergradweg.
Die Beauftragung des im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens ausgewählten Planers erfolgt ab Leistungsphase 1 (Objektplanung) bzw. ab Leistungsphase 2 (Tragwerksplanung). Es ist beabsichtigt, die verfahrensgegenständlichen Planungsleistungen stufenweise zu beauftragen (Teilleistungstabelle n. Simmendinger). Ein Anspruch auf Auftragserteilung für nachfolgende Teilleistungen besteht nicht.
