Brief Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Durchführung eines Ferienbildungs- und Betreuungs-angebots für Kinder im Grundschulalter im Rahmen der kommunalen Umsetzung des Rechtsanspruchs auf Ganztagsbetreuung.
Es handelt sich um eine besondere soziale Dienstleistung im Sinne von § 130 GWB i. V. m. Anhang XIV der Richtlinie 2014/24/EU bzw. Anlage 1 zur UVgO.
