Brief Description
Der ehemalige Flughafen Tegel macht Platz für Berlin. Auf dem 500 ha großen Areal entstehen ein Forschungs- und Industriepark für urbane Technologien: Berlin TXL - Urban Tech Republic und ein neues Wohnviertel: das Schumacher Quartier.
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind FM-Dienstleistungen im Bereich Winterdienst. Der Winterdienst wird dem AN für die befes-tigten Außenflächen des zu bewirtschaftenden Areals der Urban Tech Republic, des Landschaftsparks, des Schuhmacher Quar-tiers und Teile Tegel Nord übertragen.
