Dachdeckerarbeiten auf überwiegend 5 Stk. separaten zweigeschossigen Neu-Anbauten, direkt nebeneinander liegend; bituminöse Dachbeläge aus Vorbereitung, Dampfsperre, mineralischer Wärmedämmung, Dachabdichtung insgesamt ca. 550 m2; Attikakonstruktionen Holz insgesamt ca. 235 m;
Aluminium Attikaabdeckungen insgesamt ca. 235 m; Flachdachentwässung Attikaabläufe ca. 10 Stk. und
Fallleitungen; Dachsicherungssystem aus Sicherungsseil an Sekuranten für insgesamt ca. 550 m Dachfläche; extensive Dachbegrünung insgesamt ca. 530 m2; Abdichtungsarbeiten Sohle insgesamt ca. 1060 m2; Bestandsertüchtung mit Erneuerung Strangentlüftern ca. 25 St und Dachabläufen ca. 3 St; Wartungsleistungen Folgejahre für Gründachpflege und Sicherungssystem.
