Die BEN beabsichtigt den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur externen Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Unternehmenskultur, Führungskultur sowie der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb und zwischen Organisationseinheiten.
Die Leistung umfasst die bedarfsorientierte Beratung, Konzeption, Moderation und Durchführung von Entwicklungs-, Coaching-, Beteiligungs- und Begleitformaten für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte, Teams sowie organisationsweite Formate. Ziel ist die nachhaltige Stärkung einer leistungsfähigen, wertschätzenden und zukunftsorientierten Unternehmenskultur.
Die Leistungen können sowohl präventiv und entwicklungsorientiert als auch anlassbezogen, beispielsweise im Rahmen von Veränderungsprozessen, Konfliktsituationen oder strategischen Weiterentwicklungen, erbracht werden.
