-Montage neuer Gaskessel zur Spitzenlastversorgung
-Montage neuer Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen als Quellwärmepumpen in Kombination einer Wasser-Wasser-Wärmepumpe als Boosterwärmepumpe
-Anpassung umliegender Mediensysteme:
oTrinkwasser (Rückbau und Neuaufbau für Anbindung Ausgussbecken und für Nachspeisungen)
oSchmutzwasser (SW-Anschluss AGB, sowie Bodenablauf in hinterer Zentrale)
