Niedersachsen Ports als Eigentümer der Hafenbahn schreibt den Schwellenwechsel in Gleis 1A der Hafenbahn Cuxhaven aus. Es handelt sich um Gleis 1A im Amerikabahnhof im Hafen Cuxhaven.
Alle Gleise sind S 49-Gleise auf Holzschwellen. Im Gleis 1A sollen 95 Spurschwellen (Holzschwellen) gewechselt werden.
