Brief Description
Auf dem Flachdach der Aufstockung, welches als Gründach konzipiert wird ist die Errichtung einer PV-Anlage geplant. Die Gesamtleistung beträgt ca. 44 kWp.
Am Bestandsgebäude ist eine Äußere Blitzschutzanlage vorhanden. Die Ableitungen sind nicht in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.
Es ist daher beabsichtigt eine neue Erderanlage am Westflügel vorzusehen. Ableitungen und Fangeinrichtung werden ebenfalls erneuert bzw. neu eingebaut.
Das Gebäudegerüst kann genutzt werden.
