Im Bestandsgebäude der Johannnes-Kepler-Realschule werden unter anderem im Bereich der Physik- und Chemieräume Sanierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. In diesem Rahmen soll die vorhandene Lüftungsanlage zurückgebaut werden und durch ein neues dezentrales Lüftungsgerät zur Belüftung des Physik- und des Chemieraumes ersetzt werden. Der Rückbau im Bestand und die Installation einer neuen erforderlichen Abluftabsaugung für die Chemielagerschränke und auch für ein Digestorium gehört ebenfalls zum Leistungsumfang.
