Brief Description
Im Oktober 2023 schlossen die Senatsverwaltung für Stadtentwicklung und Wohnen und das Bezirksamt Pankow von Berlin im Rahmen des Bündnisses für Wohnungsneubau und Mieterberatung in Berlin 20222026 eine Zielvereinbarung ab. Demnach sollen zugunsten einer einheitlichen Beratungspraxis im Land Berlin bestehende Mieterberatungen ausgeweitet bzw. neue Mieterberatungen eingerichtet werden. Für das Jahr 2026 wurde eine Finanzierungszusage ausgesprochen. Ziel des Beratungsangebots ist eine quantitativ und qualitativ vergleichbare Mieterberatung zu zivilrechtlichen Fragestellungen zum Wohnungs- und Mietrecht in allen zwölf Bezirksämtern.
