CargoBeamer ist ein international tätiger Logistikdienstleister mit Sitz in Deutschland und bietet im kombinierten Verkehr innovative Lösungen, um kranbare und nicht kranbare Sattelauflieger umweltfreundlich über die Schiene zu transportieren. Mithilfe patentierter Umschlagstechnologie und einzigartiger Terminals können mehrere Sattelauflieger gleichzeitig horizontal auf Güterzüge verladen werden. Die sogenannte GateModule-Anlage besteht aus speziell entwickelten Betonfertigteilen, Maschinen und elektronischen Komponenten. Im Rahmen des Terminalbaus werden hier die Bauleistungen in 3 Losen für den Ingenieurbau, Verkehrs- und Tiefbau sowie die Ausrüstungstechnik auf dem Terminalgelände ausgeschrieben. In diesem Paket werden u.a. die Terminalgebäude, Lärmschutzwände, Entwässerungen, Kabelkanäle, Beleuchtung, Kabelverlegung und TGA hergestellt. Die einzelnen Lose können auch einzeln angeboten werden und können auch losweise vergeben werden. Die Leistungen sind Teil eines Gesamtprojektes.
