Brief Description
Die Fassade der Busabstellhalle weist einen erheblichen Mangel auf. So ist an zahlreichen Stellen der Putz so beschädigt, dass Frost und Feuchtigkeit in das Bauwerk eintreten können. Der Mangel ist unsachgemäße Herstellung zurückzuführen. Weiterhin hat das Gebäude altersbedingt Verunreinigungen. Um die Bausubstanz zu erhalten, ist die Fassadensanierung dringend erforderlich.
