Brief Description
Im Rahmen der Gebäuderevitalisierung finden im Gebäude (EG bis 2. OG) Entkernung und Schadstoffsanierungsarbeiten nach TRGS 519 / 524 in ausgewählten Bereichen / Räumen statt. Schonende Demontage von Oberbelag bestehend aus PVC / Linoleum, Ausgleichsschicht, PAK-haltige Beschichtung/Anstrich (ca. 1.150 m² in Fluren und Räumen, 350 m² in der Halle) und asbesthaltige Spachtel- und Füllmassen in Fugen und Rissen (ca. 400 m) auf bzw. in bauzeitlichen Estrich.
